It is responsibility of authors to generate similarity reports before article submission and similarity index should not be more than 19% in any case.

Ethical guidelines for journals published by International Scientific Organization
(These guidelines are based on existing International Scientific Organization policies).
The publication of an article in the peer-reviewed journal “International Journal of Chemical and Biochemical Sciences” (IJCBS) is a direct reflection of the quality of the work of the authors and the institutions that support them. Authors must follow ethics in publication as they will be responsible for originality of results and duplicate submission or plagiarism. All authors are requested to disclose any type potential conflict of interest on time of submission. The Contributor assigns to IJCBS, during the full term of copyright and any extensions or renewals of that term, all copyright in and to the Contribution, including but not limited to the right to publish, republish, transmit, sell, distribute and otherwise use the Contribution and the material contained therein in electronic and print editions of the Journal and in derivative works throughout the world, in all languages and in all media of expression now known or later developed, and to license or permit others to do so. Reproduction, posting, transmission, or other distribution or use of the Contribution or any material contained therein, in any medium as permitted hereunder, requires a citation to the Journal and an appropriate credit to International Scientific Organization as Publisher. It is also declared that authors of current manuscript holds responsibility for originality of results and duplicate submission or plagiarism.

Please note handling or publication charges of 100 USD will be charged to all articles accepted for publication in IJCBS and all articles will be published with OPEN ACCESS. Authors’ responsibilities
All authors included in the manuscript should have significantly contributed to the research. The authors contribution in the manuscript and and financial support to carryout the study (also in acknowledgements) should be highlight in the cover letter. Authors are obliged to participate in peer review process to provide retractions or corrections of mistakes.
Originality and plagiarism: Authors must certify that submitted manuscripts are their original work, not previously been published elsewhere, not currently being considered for publication elsewhere. Plagiarism in any form including ‘passing off’ another’s paper as the author’s own paper, to paraphrasing or copying substantial parts of another’s paper, to claiming or copy results from research conducted by others is unacceptable.
Reporting Standards: Authors should present an accurate account of the research work performed by following relevant standards procedures. Presenting of knowingly inaccurate or fraudulent statements constitute unethical behavior and are unacceptable.
Acknowledgement of Sources, disclosure and conflicts of Interest: Research work of others must be acknowledged properly and citation to publications referred should be provided. All sources of financial support for the project should be disclosed. Any financial or other substantive conflict of interest that influenced the interpretation of their manuscript or results must be disclosed.
Authorship of the Paper: Authorship should be limited to significant contributor/s. It is responsibility of the corresponding author that all appropriate co-authors and no inappropriate co-authors are included on the paper, and approval of all co-authors have been taken before its submission for publication.
Reporting of research involving hazards and humans or animals: Humans, animal, biological, environmental and any other hazards involved in the research work must be clearly identified in the manuscript. Appropriate approval and ethical guidelines followed for research work involving humans or animals needed to be followed and should be presented to journal.
Fundamental errors in published works: In case of discovery of a significant inaccuracy or error in published manuscript, author/s should notify journal office/readers by publishing corrigendum.
Reviewers’ responsibilities and peer review process
All the contents of International Journal of Chemical and Biochemical Sciences (IJCBS) is subjected to a strict peer-review process and every individual manuscripts is reviewed confidentially by experts in the field having no conflict of interest. It is responsibility of reviewers to point out relevant published work which is not yet cited and the judgments should be objective.
Promptness: Reviewers are requested to complete review of article between 4-6 weeks. If prompt review will be impossible reviewer should notify the journal office and excuse himself from the review process.
Confidentiality: Any research article/manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents and should not be shown to or discussed with others except as authorized by the editor.
Standards of objectivity: Reviewer should present his review report clearly with supporting arguments without any personal criticism.
Acknowledgement of sources: It is the responsibility of reviewers to identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors and to inform journal office if any overlap or substantial similarity between the manuscript under consideration and any other published paper is found.

Publication decisions: The assigned editor of a peer-reviewed journal published by International Scientific Organization is responsible for deciding acceptance or rejection of article on the basis of: the validation of the work in question and its importance to researchers and readers and policies of the journal’s editorial board and constrained by such legal requirements as shall then be in force regarding libel, copyright infringement and plagiarism. The editor may confer with other editors or reviewers for his decision.
Fair play: The evaluation of manuscript intellectual content should be without regard to gender, sexual orientation, race, citizenship, religious belief, ethnic origin, or political philosophy of the authors.
Confidentiality: Any information about a submitted manuscript should not be disclosed to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers or appropriate sources.
Disclosure and conflicts of interest: Privileged ideas or information obtained through peer review must be kept confidential and not used for any personal advantage. Editors should recuse themselves from considering manuscripts having conflicts of interests. Non-peer reviewed sections of journal should be clearly identified and mentioned.
Involvement and cooperation in investigations: Reasonably responsive measures on ethical and plagiarism complaints should be taken concerning a submitted manuscript or published paper.
